Hi, my name is Marie.
I have always loved to sing and have been singing my entire life.
I sang in church choir, took 5 years of voice lessons, and performed duets and solos in church and for weddings.
I had the opportunity to be a guest vocalist for the band Midnight Shift (now known as Mike Mettalia and Midnight Shift) and performed with them for 2 years. I also recorded two songs on their first CD, one of which is the track here, Goin' Home.
I also performed a few gigs with Mike Mettalia's former band, Slim and the Maxwell Street Band.
I have been away from singing for quite a few years now and I'm realizing that I really miss it. My sister suggested I check out this site. I think I would enjoy being a guest vocalist for a band again or something similar.
