ABOUT

Looking to play cover songs that are more about interpretation than playing exact copies. Style range from Jam Rock, Rock, Blues, Upbeat Americana.

Mix of old to new, obscure to popular. Structured, practiced songs but leaving room for improv jamming when it makes sense and to have fun.

Played sax for 10+ years in school so I can read music and understand basic music theory. Started playing again a few years ago in a cover band. I can work out horn riffs and play them solidly. I am still working on my improv skills so while I can jam in a set key/chord progression, no crazy solos.

Picked up harmonica 3 years ago and can do basic riffs and fills in either Americana or Blues Rock songs.

I can sing an occasional rough bluesy rock song.
