... Cover Band project ...
We're covering some classic rock, and more of the new music out there: southern rock, country rock, hard rock, alternative rock, pop, top 40 and so on.
We're based in Downingtown area. We rehears Saturdays or Sundays around 10:00am at our Downingtown HQ location.
We're looking to be a 5 or 6 piece band... Drums, bass, two guitars both lead & rhythm, keys, male & female singer.
Right now we are looking for:
- a drummer, dynamics oriented... (Alessis DM6 electronic drums provided for studio rehearsals)
- a lead guitarist with rhythm knowledge (Line 6 Spider lV 75 guitar amp provided for studio rehearsals)
- a keyboard player beginner or intermediate
.... that want to play new and top chart tunes from the genre previously mentioned.
Lead and backup vocals a plus... not mandatory.
I don't mean to be rude... If you're looking for a "making a living out of" band, we're not that... We all got families and jobs. Yes, we do get paid, but mostly we're in for the musicianship and having fun playing out.
We're looking to set up auditions during the coming weekends.

EQUIPMENT
Band has complete PA/Sound system and a variety of amps, drumkit etc for weekly rehearsals (or bring your own).
